Master Bathroom Remodel

2024

On this job, the client wanted to redo their entire bathroom. The existing drywall was in poor condition and wasn't done well to begin with. We started by demoing the bathroom. We ripped out the old drywall, the vanity, doors, tub, shower surround, toilet, and all the tile flooring. The demo creates a ton of dust so we covered both entrances with plastic to ensure the dust didn't spread throughout the home! With the bathroom gutted down to the studs we then installed new drywall. After some long hours and late nights we got the bathroom taped, mudded, and sanded. We used a quality Sherwin Williams primer to give a good solid base for our future coats of paint. After everything was primed, we installed the shower surround. The back wall wasn't able to fit up the stairs so we worked with the client and decided to add a tile accent inlay that allowed us to split the back panel of the shower surround. Even though it wasn't part of the original plan, I think it looks much better this way! After the vanity, doors, and all the trim was installed we meticulously hung all the towel bars, robe hooks, and other accessories to the clients preference. After a complete remodel of their bathroom it all looked amazing. Both the clients and Jake and I were pleased with the results. They were so pleased in fact, that they wanted us to do their kitchen next!
